House Rewire
What we rewire: full house rewires for older properties where wiring is degraded, unsafe or can't support modern loads; partial rewires where work is limited to kitchens, extensions or single floors; and rewires as part of renovation and loft-conversion projects. We replace old cable runs and consumer units, install new radial and ring circuits where appropriate, update earthing and bonding, and ensure the installation meets current BS 7671 requirements and Building Regulations.

How It Works
Site survey & design
A full on-site inspection to record existing cabling, consumer unit condition and load requirements, followed by a bespoke circuit design and written scope for your property.
First and second fix installation
Controlled strip-out and installation of new cable runs, sockets, switches and consumer unit with neat first-fix wiring, followed by second-fix fittings, earthing and bonding.
Testing, certification & handover
Full electrical testing, remedial works if required, supply of certification and a clear handover with circuit labelling and maintenance advice.
